1. DEFINITIONS

Prize Draw: means the “Win a Baltic Pro 800G purifier and two insulated bottles” competition organized by Aquaidam under the terms and conditions described in these Terms, in connection with Aquaidam’s promotion on Instagram. Organizer/Aquaidam: means AguaSinKms Spain, S.L.l

Territory: the territorial scope of the Competition is mainland Spain, excluding Ceuta and Melilla, as well as the Canary and Balearic Islands.

2. ORGANIZER

This Competition is organized by Aquaidam, with registered office at Calle Ceramista Alfonso Blat No. 2, 46940 Manises (Valencia), and tax ID: B40659369

3. PERIOD OF VALIDITY

The period of validity of the Competition, during which entries may be made, begins on 16 May 2025 and ends on 30 May 2025 at 11:59 pm. Aquaidam reserves the right to suspend, postpone, cancel or modify the stated duration whenever there are justifying reasons, giving sufficient notice of this through the company’s social media.

4. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

The purpose of this Competition is an advertising campaign called “Win a Baltic Pro 800G purifier and two insulated bottles”, intended to raise awareness of Aquaidam’s Instagram profile by drawing the prize pack detailed in Clause
Five among all entrants.

5. PRIZE

TWO winners will benefit from this prize draw. Entrants who, in accordance with these terms, are winners of the Competition shall be entitled to receive the following prize pack (hereinafter, the “Prize”), which includes:

– One (1) Baltic Pro 800G purifier, an Aquaidam-brand home water purification system, received completely free of charge. And in addition:
– Two (2) Aquaidam 600cl insulated bottles, received completely free of charge.

In total there will be two (2) winners for these two prize packs, each including one (1) Baltic Pro 800G purifier and two (2) insulated bottles, in accordance with the mechanics of the promotion described below, and up to four (4) reserve winners in the event that the initial winners of the draw cannot be reached.

6. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

6.1. Only natural persons over 18 years of age resident in Spain may enter the Competition.

6.2. The Competition is accessible only to users with an Instagram account. The account may be public or private, provided it complies with the competition mechanics described in point 7.1.

6.3. The number of entries permitted per user during the period of validity is unlimited. Entrants may enter as many times as they wish, provided that their comment mentions different people each time.

6.4. Entry to the Competition is free; no purchase is necessary to enter.

6.5. Express acceptance of these Terms is a necessary condition for entering the Competition and, consequently, for being able to receive the Prize. The entrant is deemed to have accepted the Terms by entering the Competition in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms.

6.6. Failure by any entrant to comply with the conditions set out in these Terms will result in the automatic cancellation of that entry. Likewise, any false statement, fraud, indication of a false identity or address, or infringement of third-party rights will result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant and, where applicable, the obligation to return the Prize if it has already been delivered.

6.7. The Competition is not open to people who have been involved in organizing it, nor to employees of Aquaidam, of any company with a holding in Aquaidam or of any company linked to Aquaidam, nor to their relatives, nor to advertising or promotional agencies connected with the promotion, nor to any company involved in running this Competition.

6.8. Aquaidam may take whatever decisions are necessary to resolve any contingencies and conflicts arising in the course of the Competition, provided they do not unduly prejudice entrants and are equitable.

7. HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION

7.1. Entry is through Instagram and may be made as follows: to enter, go to the post where the competition is run, titled “Prize draw — two prizes for two winners!” and follow the instructions given in the caption:
– Follow Aquaidam on Instagram.
– Like the post in question.
– Comment on the post mentioning at least one person.
– An entrant may not mention the same person in two different comments.
– Share the post in stories mentioning Aquaidam to earn an extra entry.
Complying with each and every one of the conditions of entry described in these Terms is also an essential requirement for entering the Competition. Entrants must meet the conditions mentioned and keep their response public until the end of the Period of Validity or they will be disqualified.

8. SELECTION OF THE WINNERS

8.1. From among all the comments, the winners who meet the conditions of entry will be selected by draw and awarded the PRIZE.

8.2. The 2 winners in total will be selected using AppSorteos. There will be 1 winner and 2 reserves for the first prize pack — one (1) Baltic Pro 800G purifier and two (2) insulated bottles — and 1 winner and 2 reserves for the second prize pack, which includes the same as the first.

9. AWARDING THE PRIZE

9.1. The names of the winning entrants will be published within seven working days of the end of the competition, in the same post and in stories.

9.2. Aquaidam will contact the winning entrants within a maximum of 14 working days from the resolution of the draw, by direct message to their respective accounts on the social network through which they entered.

9.3. If the winning entrants do not accept the Prize within 7 working days of being notified that they have won, if they have failed to comply with these Terms, or if they cannot be reached, Aquaidam will contact the corresponding reserve winners in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 9.2.

9.4. If the winners and, where applicable, the reserve winners do not accept the Prize within 7 days of being notified that they have won, if they have failed to comply with these Terms, or if they cannot be reached, Aquaidam reserves the right to declare the Prize void.

9.5. The Prize will be sent to the winners by post to the address they provide, within one month of their valid acceptance of the Prize.

9.6. The Prize is subject to these Terms and may not be exchanged for cash. The Prize is not subject to exchange, alteration or compensation at the request of the Competition winners. If the winning entrants decline the Prize, no alternative will be offered. The Prize is personal and non-transferable.

9.7. In accordance with the applicable tax legislation, winners are obliged to declare the Prize received in their personal income tax return, as applicable. Holding the draw and awarding the prize are subject to current tax legislation.

9.8. Aquaidam is released from liability for the taxation of the draw’s gifts. Any tax charge that accepting the prize may entail shall be borne by the winners, as shall any other cost arising from the promotion that is not expressly assumed by Aquaidam in these Legal Terms.

9.9. Aquaidam is not responsible for the winners’ use of the Prize, and assumes no liability for any loss or damage of any kind that the winners, entrants or third parties may suffer.

10. DATA PROTECTION

10.1. In compliance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, the “LOPD”) and its implementing legislation, we inform you that the purpose of the Competition is to promote Aquaidam’s products and services among its entrants, and that to that end your data will be added to a file controlled by Aquaidam, with address at Calle Ceramista Alfonso Blat No. 2, 46940 Manises
(Valencia),

10.2. By entering the Competition, you expressly consent to the processing of your data for the purpose of managing your entry in the Competition, including, where applicable, the publication on the Competition Page of your status as a winning entrant.

10.3. We inform you that you may withdraw the consent given at any time, without having to justify your decision, simply by notifying Aquaidam by any means. In any event, you are informed that withdrawing your consent while the Competition is running will make it impossible to continue taking part in it. We also inform you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection and erasure by sending a written communication to the address indicated in section 10.1 above, together with a copy of your ID card or equivalent supporting document, indicating the right you wish to exercise. On the other
hand, you undertake to notify Aquaidam of any change to your personal data so that they are kept up to date at all times and contain no errors. You also declare that the data you provide to us are accurate and truthful.

The Terms will be available on the Aquaidam website and in the bio of Aquaidam’s Instagram profile.
